The Policy Council is a decision-making, policy-setting parent group mandated by the Head Start program, but with parent representation from all of the programs within BECEP. Together with community representatives, parents serving on the Council are the communication link for other parents in the program, as well as community agencies.
The Policy Council also raises money for projects that benefit BECEP children and their families.
The Policy Council meets one time per month.
